BEU student in Poland

Baku Engineering University cooperate with UTP Science and Technology University of Poland in the framework of Erasmus+ KA1. BEU employees participated in the online meeting of "ITACA" Erasmus + KA2 project

BEU staff members Vice-rector of International Relations, Assoc.Prof. Manafeddin Namazov and Head of International Relations & Project Management Department, Arif Najimov participated in the online meeting within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 project “Establishment of the Innovative Training Center in Azerbaijan supporting the 3rd level higher education course on environmental emergencies (ITACA)", funded by the European Union and implemented by the Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. Dual degree program being implemented between BEU and Korea University

In accordance with the agreement reached between the Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Inha University of South Korea, the implementation of the dual degree program will begin from the new academic year. Thus, BEU plans to implement a dual degree program in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering (Telecommunication Engineering, Process Automation, Computer Engineering), Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering. An admission plan for 100 people for these specialties has been approved. Students who score more than 400 points in the entrance exams held by the State Examination Center (SEC) will take an internal exam in mathematics, physics and English, organized by Inha University and BEU teachers. BEU and University of Derby discussed the cooperation opportunities

The staff members of BEU Vice-rector for International relations Assoc.Prof. Manafeddin Namazov, Head of International Relations & Project Management Department Arif Najimov, Dean of Engineering faculty Assoc.Prof. Huseyn Mirzayev and Head of Computer & IT Department Assoc.Prof. Babek Abbasov participated in online meeting with members of Derby University, UK. The development of international relations between the two universities, the opportunities for developing dual diplomas and research programs were discussed in detail. At the end of the discussions, it was decided to prepare proposals to the rectors of both universities and organize an additional online meeting by the end of May.
