BEU employees attend trainings as part of Erasmus+ KA 2 project

Employees of Baku Engineering University (BEU) have participated in trainings on the internationalization of higher education within the Erasmus+ KA2 project "Establishment of the Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan" (ECAR). The trainings organized with the participation of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD Global) lasted two days.

The first training aimed at determining the future activities and services of the "Establishment of the Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan" was attended by the university's Vice-Rector for International Relations, associate professor Manafeddin Namazov, and employee of the Department of International Relations and Project Management Narmin Alakbarova. During the training, detailed information was provided about "EFMD Global" activities and services of the organization, increasing the quality indicators of higher education institutions, internationalization and globalization, corporate responsibility, international cooperation, and etc.

Farid Jabiyev, deputy dean for scientific affairs of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of BEU, attended the next training organized in connection with the preparation and publication of the journal of the "Establishment of the Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan". In the discussions regarding the preparation of the so-mentioned journal, the points related to "Global Focus", a community of international management, were touched upon and the use of its main features during the publication of the journal was recommended.
