Foreign students from 27 countries study at BEU

Baku Engineering University (BEU) has been the center of attention of foreigners wanting to get higher education in our country in the current academic year. Thus, citizens of new countries have joined the ranks of foreign students studying at BEU this academic year, and the number of countries has increased from 22 to 27.

Students studying at BMU at different levels of education (bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees) include citizens of Türkiye, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Yemen, Nigeria, Philippines, Iran, South Korea, Honduras, Nepal, Morocco, Benin, Bangladesh, Georgia, Russia and other countries.

These students can apply individually, be admitted through the State Examination Center (SEC), as well as enter under the Education Grant and International Education Programme.

The existence of a education system that prefers the English language at BEU, high-quality education based on modern methods, the opportunity to have internships in foreign countries, student exchange factors that create advantage are among the main reasons for choosing BEU among foreign citizens. Furthermore, International Relations and Project Management Department is providing the right direction and all kinds of support foreign citizens applying to study at BEU (Narmin Gahramanli, specialist in work with foreign students of International Relations and Project Management Department of BEU (ngahramanli@beu.edu.az)).

Foreign students mainly preferred the Departments of Computer Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering (undergraduate and graduate degrees), Information Technology (undergraduate and graduate degrees) .
