Baku Engineering University welcomes international students from all over the world. We offer a unique educational environment and experience to our international students, including the opportunity to work with leading academics and with technoparks, and laboratories.

Application Procedure

 Foreigners applying to study at Baku Engineering University must register on the portal.edu.az website and add the required documents to the portal. The applicant can track the status of his application through the portal.

List of Required Documents

- Completed application form

- a notarized copy (copies) of the duly legalized (or apostilled) education document (documents) and its translation into Azerbaijani, showing the subjects taken at the previous level (level) and the grades they received from those subjects;

- certificate of health, including not being a carrier of AIDS, Hepatitis B and C viruses;

- valid border crossing document;

- Passport size photo (3x4);

- Language certificate (if available)*;

- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume;

- Motivation Letter;

- copies of honorary awards, certificates, diplomas and other such documents (if any).

 The educational institution of their choice checks the preparation of foreigners for the relevant level of education and the level of knowledge of the language of instruction, and if they meet the requirements set by the educational institution, their admission to the educational institution is formalized.

 Foreigners wishing to study in English-taught specialities are exempt from language proficiency testing if they have obtained sufficient scores from one of the international English language test forms (IELTS 5.0 points, TOEFL 40 points for undergraduate level, IELTS 5.5 points, TOEFL 50 points for further education levels) are being
